It's true. Katherine Heigl hates balls and has proven so by stripping for a photoshoot to fight for the practice of ridding animals of their testicles. The actress is lending her name to a promotion that is working to get over the pet overpopulation crisis.

In a video message, seen to the left, Katherine Heigl tells why she signed up for IHateBalls, a co-production with FunnyorDie

    "I'm movie star and Maxim 100 member Katherine Heigl. I work with the Jason Debus Heigl foundation and a lot of people come up to me and say, 'Katherine, you promote neutering so much, you must really love animals.' But the real reason I want you to neuter your pets. I hate balls"

The Knocked Up star wants this problem solved so much so that, while holding a puppy, she was photographed while going topless. The Jason Debus Heigl Foundation, which Heigl mentioned in her message, is named for her late brother, and the purpose of the charity is to get rid of needless suffering inflicted on animals by human cruelty in one form or another.
